He was elected a partner of the firm in 1992. Having developed an interest in representing employees in employment litigation, and feeling an entrepreneurial urge to establish his own private practice, Mr. Klingler founded Robert A. Klingler Co., a Legal Professional Association, in October, 1994. Before completing law school Mr. Klingler had a variety of jobs and experiences, including work as an iron foundry molder, deckhand on a river tugboat, union organizer and shop steward, taxi driver, and factory worker. He and his wife Jill have been married for 28 years and have four children. They live in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Pleasant Ridge. Mr. Klingler practices civil litigation exclusively and concentrates on employment and business litigation. He is a board certified civil trial advocate, and practices in Ohio and Kentucky state and federal courts.
